HR Supervisor
An HR Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the management of the Human Resource Department. This involves overseeing HR operations, supervising junior HR staff, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs related to employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or senior-level role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws. (e.g., Labor Code of the Philippines)
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Leadership: Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in handling employee relations issues.
Confidentiality: High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Software Proficiency: Experience with HR Information System (HRIS) and Sprout HR Systems
Location: Willing to be assigned at Legazpi/ Camarines Sur/ Bicol Area
