Company Overview:

We are a Property Management Company committed to delivering high-quality service and efficient operations for our managed properties. We are currently seeking a dedicated and competent Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising property maintenance, facilities operations, and building services
  • Coordinate with tenants, suppliers, and contractors to address service requests and concerns
  • Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, and other building systems
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation related to property operations
  • Support in managing lease administration, billing, and collections
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Preferably a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
  • Experience in property management, building administration, or facilities management is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to be assigned in Manila City
