Client Success Manager

Location: Cebu – Onsite

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Tahche is looking for a talented Client Success Manager (CSM) to lead our Customer Success function and elevate client experiences. This is a management-level role where you'll mentor a team of Client Success specialists, champion client relationships, and drive business success through data-driven strategies and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success specialists.
  • Own client relationships for high-priority accounts, ensuring their goals are achieved.
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure client and team performance.
  • Serve as the voice of the client, translating feedback into actionable initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sourcing, Marketing, and Operations to solve challenges and implement solutions.
  • Drive a client-first culture across the team and organization.
  • Prepare strategic insights and reports for leadership and clients.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in customer success, account management, or client services, including 2+ years in a management or team lead role.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Client Focus: Skilled in building strong client relationships and managing expectations.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable using data to drive decisions, improve retention, and support growth.
  • Tools: Experience with CRM and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strategic Thinking: Able to align team initiatives with long-term business goals.
