Client Success Team Lead

We're looking for a strategic Client Success Team Leader to manage and grow our Client Success team. You'll mentor specialists, drive client satisfaction, and turn insights into actionable improvements that support business growth.
This is a full-time role, following the US shift and in a work-on-site setting.

What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Client Success Specialists
- Own relationships with key client accounts
- Track and analyze KPIs for team and client success
- Identify process improvements to enhance client experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in client success, account management, or client services; 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven team leadership and client advocacy skills
- Strong KPI development and reporting experience
- CRM/analytics tool experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Analytical, strategic, and results-driven
