Client Success Manager

Overview:
We're looking for a Client Success Manager to manage client accounts, drive campaign success, and ensure high client satisfaction and retention. You'll act as the main point of contact, collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver results.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including with C-level executives
- Oversee campaign execution and track performance against KPIs
- Manage client communications, meetings, and performance reporting
- Support business development by nurturing leads and closing deals
- Use CRM tools to monitor account performance and engagement
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years managing mid-size to enterprise accounts, preferably global clients
- 2+ years in online sales or client-facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
