Client Success Executive

About the Role
The Client Success Executive plays a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with our business clients, including BVS, Baikada, and corporate partners. This position ensures a seamless, end-to-end client experience — from loan processing to service delivery — while coordinating closely with internal teams and referral partners to drive satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality service and timely support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver efficient loan and service processing.
- Maintain accurate client records and performance metrics in CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvement.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in client management, sales, or financial services.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office applications.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and client focus
