Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs and plans in compliance with client requirements, local codes, and regulations

- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections

- Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and project managers to integrate architectural solutions

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction and ensure design intent is met

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities for permits and approvals

- Revise plans and details based on site conditions and project developments

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of architectural deliverables

- Assist in project presentations and client meetings

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture

- At least 2–3 years of experience in architectural design and construction supervision

- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design software

- Strong understanding of local building codes and Philippine construction regulations

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Willing to be assigned to project sites in Makati, and Pasig

- Can Start ASAP

Preferred Qualifications

- Licensed Architect (PRC)

- Experience in mid-rise to high-rise commercial and residential projects

- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD)

- Strong visualization and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
