Responsible for timely preparation of request for payments, accreditation of service providers. Monitors timely requisition of certificates and renewal of permits and licenses. Provides documents to other departments for regulatory compliance, lodge export declaration, and arrastre.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in payment preparation, processing, and documentation.
  • Responsible for the assessment and accreditation of Logistics service providers.
  • Ensures timely application of fumigation certificate from accredited fumigator and the renewal of permits and licenses.
  • Ensures timely lodgment of Export declaration and payment of Arrastre.
  • Monitors and request payment to purchase forms (Certificate of Origin).
  • Prepares request of office supplies for the Logistics team.
  • In-charge of providing regulatory requirements requested by the Accounting/Treasury Department.
  • Maintains proper filing of export shipping documents

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or at least College level in BS Management, BS Customs Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 6 months of work experience in a related field
  • Working knowledge of planning and negotiation techniques
  • Experience in administrative and clerical procedures and systems
  • Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and people coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
