Key Responsibilities:

A. External Coordination and Filing

1. Submit, retrieve, and process legal documents with courts, notaries, law firms, and regulatory agencies (e.g., SEC, BIR, DOLE, AMLC).

2. Ensure timely and proper filing, stamping, or notarization of contracts, pleadings, and other legal papers.

3. Track filing deadlines and report progress to the Legal Counsel.

B. Document Handling and Routing

1. Safely deliver and receive legal documents to or from internal divisions and external parties.

2. Maintain a document routing log and acknowledge receipt of sensitive or time-bound paperwork.

3. Assist in organizing and archiving legal documents in accordance with the department's filing system.

C. Legal Support and Logistics

1. Provide support during legal proceedings, client meetings, or offsite legal work.

2. Assist in the preparation and packaging of materials required for hearings, compliance checks, or legal submissions.

3. Coordinate with the administrative team for transportation, couriers, and other logistical needs.

D. Clerical and Administrative Tasks

1. Encode, print, scan, and reproduce legal documents as required.

2. Support the Paralegal and Legal Counsel in routine clerical work or document preparation when needed.

E. Other Legal-related Tasks

1. Perform other legal-related tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Legal Counsel.

2. Support special projects, campaigns, or initiatives as required to achieve business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage, but not required (at least college level).


• Minimum one year experience as a legal liaison staff in a private law firm or sheriff before courts.


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.


• Strong understanding of legal protocols.


• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within an organization.


• Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when required.
