JOB DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for a talented E-commerce Assistant who can communicate and interact directly with our customers through our various touchpoints including social media sites and e-commerce sites.

Your role is to build successful and long-term relationships with our customers by delivering high-quality service that exceeds expectations.

You are expected to meet response time and response rate requirements set by the team. Marketing Customer Service Admin is also expected to mitigate and respond to any customer feedback, either positive or negative.

In Dragon Edge Group, your mission includes:

  • Handles all related concerns on E-commerce and Social Media sites
  • Processing and tracking of online orders, handling returns, coordinate inter-department for timely delivery to customers.
  • Ensuring proper coordination with clients' issues and concerns.
  • Identifying optimal solutions to customer concerns and ensuring prompt resolution to customer queries.
  • Recommending strategies that would improve the quality of service, productivity, and profitability.

To be considered for the post, aspiring candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any related courses.
  • With 1 to 2 of experience in E-Commerce or customer service
  • Knowledgeable in E-commerce Operations
  • With deep empathy for the customers
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
