Megawide is currently seeking an innovative and results-driven Contracts Engineer to review and update tender contracts, coordinate feedback on legal issues, prepare clause summaries and templates, and assist Senior Management with special projects.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in contract management, tender review, or construction project administration.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legal terms, and risk assessment.
  • Proficient in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
  • Experience with FIDIC or other standard contract forms is required
  • Experience with JICA and GENCON SIDE contracts will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with project teams, legal counsel, and stakeholders.
