Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Central Luzon, Philippines. The Business Development Manager will oversee building and maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to expand the company's client base. The role includes market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Additionally, the manager will monitor industry trends and ensure the company's services remain competitive and relevant to client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management, strategic planning, and business development
- Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and lead generation
- Experience in market analysis, competitor research, and identifying opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of outsourcing services or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant fields
- Proven work experience in business development or a similar role
