Role Description

This is a
full-time hybrid role
for a
Software Developer
based in Cabalantian, Bacolor, Pampanga, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.

You will design, develop, and maintain software applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure software performance and reliability through rigorous testing and debugging. The role also includes participating in code reviews, analyzing user requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the software development lifecycle including writing and maintaining technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
  • Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code tailored to user and project needs.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance.
  • Work closely with other developers, project managers, and UX designers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Identify, deploy, and integrate software tools, systems, and components to improve development efficiency.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing systems to enhance functionality and security.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure standards are consistently met.
  • Establish and uphold coding and quality assurance standards across the development team.
  • Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentations for reference and training purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficient in one or more of the following tools and frameworks:
    , , Express, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL, or similar technologies.
  • Experience in using version control tools, particularly with
    Git (GitHub/GitLab).
  • Understanding of API development, frontend frameworks, or backend systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced and progressive technical environment.
