Job Description

The Head of Finance Shared Services is responsible for:

  • Lead the finance shared services team and ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize processes and cost-efficiency.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives within the department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the shared services team.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their professional growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance Shared Services should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting certification such as CPA or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements.
  • Proficiency in using financial systems and related tools.
