Job Description The Head of Finance Shared Services is responsible for: Lead the finance shared services team and ensure seamless daily operations. Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize processes and cost-efficiency. Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives within the department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the shared services team. Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate governance requirements. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Finance Shared Services should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting certification such as CPA or equivalent. Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams. Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements. Proficiency in using financial systems and related tools. Knowledge of industry regulations in the industrial and manufacturing sector. An analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.
