Job Description

Land Acquisition and Registration:

  • Conducts due diligence or property verification prior to company's acquisition of real property with various government offices such as: Register of Deeds, LGUs, HLURB, DENR/LMB, LRA, Trial Courts, etc

  • Processes the Transfer of Title and Real Property Tax Declaration in the name of the Corporation.

  • Pre-Construction and Post-Construction Permits and Licenses: Responsible for processing and securing all pre and post-construction permits and licenses in various government offices within the agreed turnaround time.

  • Coordinates with various concerned internal and external teams in securing relevant information and documents needed in the submission of the permits mentioned above.

  • Transacts and represents the Company in any form of proceedings involved in the release of the documents mentioned above.

  • Maps and establishes relationships to important points of contact in various government offices for easy follow-through of requests and transactions.

  • Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports on various accomplishments on the assigned tasks/projects.

  • Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned

Minimum Qualification

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or equivalent.

  • With at least 2-5 years of experience in related field.

  • Must be knowledgeable in the basic rules, procedures, and requirements of property permits and licenses.
