JOB SUMMARY:
The Brand Officer is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of brand strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, sales performance, and customer engagement. This role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with the company's business goals and brand identity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Management & Execution
• Assist in the planning and implementation of brand strategies to drive sales and market positioning.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, in-store displays, and digital platforms.
• Conduct regular store visits to check brand visibility and compliance with merchandising guidelines.
Marketing & Promotions
• Work closely with the Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and activations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and agencies for marketing collaterals, promotional items, and event requirements.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Product Management
• Assist in the product life cycle management, including product launches, pricing, and inventory monitoring.
• Gather market trends and customer insights to recommend new product ideas or improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely product availability.
Sales & Performance Monitoring
• Track and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to drive store performance and suggest promotional strategies based on sales trends.
• Prepare sales and brand performance reports for management review.
Competitor & Market Analysis
• Monitor industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Conduct research and surveys to understand customer preferences and purchasing behavior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role in the retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
