Role Summary
The Brand Marketing Officer oversees the end-to-end branding process — from strategy development to campaign execution — ensuring that all marketing activities align with the company's identity, values, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance recognition, loyalty, and market share.
- Campaign Development
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, partnerships) to promote products and services.
- Creative Direction
- Work with designers, copywriters, and agencies to produce brand-compliant materials.
- Market Research
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine brand messaging.
- Partnership & Sponsorship Management
- Collaborate with external partners to create co-branded campaigns and sponsorships.
- Performance Tracking
- Measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and sales impact.
- Internal Brand Advocacy
- Ensure employees understand and represent the brand consistently.
