Position Title: Brand and Marketing Officer
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing
Location: Bo's Coffee Headquarters
Position Overview
At Bo's Coffee, we proudly celebrate our rich Filipino heritage with every cup. As the Brand and Marketing Officer, you will be entrusted with protecting and promoting the Bo's Coffee brand — keeping it true to its roots while steering it toward bold, new horizons. You will craft compelling stories, build meaningful customer relationships, and execute marketing campaigns that inspire loyalty and pride.
In short: you're not just marketing coffee; you're sharing a piece of home.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels (print, digital, in-store, and partner platforms).
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to safeguard the essence of Bo's Coffee.
- Support the expansion of the brand through new store openings, local activations, and franchise marketing.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Conceptualize, plan, and roll out marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy, seasonality, and key events.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables with internal teams (creative, operations, HR) and external agencies.
Digital and Social Media Management:
- Supervise the content calendar for social media platforms, blending creative storytelling with community engagement.
- Oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns (social media ads, Google Ads, email newsletters).
- Track and analyze digital campaign performance to optimize reach and impact.
Market Research and Consumer Insights:
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, customer feedback surveys, and market trend studies.
- Recommend new product marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Content Creation:
- Develop marketing materials such as posters, brochures, promotional emails, and digital content that embody the Bo's Coffee voice and spirit.
- Collaborate with content creators, photographers, and videographers to bring campaigns to life.
Partnerships and Public Relations:
- Assist in building collaborations with other brands, media outlets, and event organizers.
- Support PR activities such as press releases, influencer campaigns, and media invites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of solid experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing practices.
- Excellent communication skills — both in storytelling and presenting data-driven reports.
- Creative flair paired with structured project management.
- Passionate about Philippine culture, coffee craftsmanship, and community engagement.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for store visits, events, or market studies.
