Who are we looking for:
As a Human Resources - Timekeeping Assistant, you are expected to manage and maintain accurate time and attendance records for all employees. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws related to timekeeping and attendance.
- Maintain and update time and attendance records for all employees, including regular hours worked, overtime, vacation, sick leave, and other paid time off.
- Monitor time and attendance systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Review and verify timecards, time-off requests, and timesheet submissions.
- Accurately input and maintain employee time and attendance data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or timekeeping software.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of timekeeping records and sensitive employee information.
- Generate reports and summaries related to time and attendance as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members to address timekeeping-related inquiries and resolve issues.
- Assist employees and managers with questions and concerns related to timekeeping and attendance.
- Ensure the functionality and accuracy of timekeeping systems and software.
What does it take to be part of the team?
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Operation Management or in a related field.
- At least 6 months of working experience in HR or timekeeping-related roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in using time and attendance software and HRIS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Has proficiency in using MS Office.
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
