Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance and development of Branch Heads, Assistant Branch Heads, and Sales Representatives across multiple branches. This role ensures the effective implementation of sales strategies, drives productivity, and fosters growth in customer base and revenue. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in guiding branch sales operations, building sales capability, and ensuring excellence in execution and customer engagement.
1. Area Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic territory sales plans to drive customer growth and productivity.
- Apply a consistent sales management process across branches to identify and prioritize key prospects and clients.
- Establish customer visit frequency plans to enhance relationships and retention.
- Identify long-term growth and revenue opportunities from new and existing markets.
- Monitor branch performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
2. Sales Force Enablement
- Oversee timely execution of branch sales activities to meet or exceed targets.
- Cascade and implement regional sales strategies and processes.
- Provide sales resources and training to improve branch performance and execution.
- Evaluate market trends and competitor data to recommend strategic actions.
3. BH/ABH & Sales Representative Development
- Lead recruitment, goal-setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of BHs, ABHs, and sales reps.
- Conduct training on sales techniques, brand promotion, and customer service.
- Mentor branch leaders on sales operations and leadership.
- Create career development plans for high-potential employees.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- At least 4-7 years of experience in sales management or territory leadership, preferably in the financial or service industry.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and oversee multiple branches.
