Universal Robina Corporation is looking for Machine Operator (Simlong, Batangas)

Machine Operator responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

What are the Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor machines to ensure proper functioning during production.
  • Set up machines according to specifications and adjust settings as needed.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Identify and report mechanical problems to supervisors or maintenance teams.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

What are the Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course or Technical / Vocational course graduate
  • Open for Fresh graduates
  • Preferably knowledgeable on machine operation but not required
  • Can operate the machine based on the established procedure
  • Can decide readily on encountered printing defects
  • Can do the proper recording and inputting of required data in the Daily Quality Monitoring Report
  • Can conduct simple troubleshooting
  • With good moral character
  • Willing to be assigned in Simlong, Batangas
  • full-time job is available.
