Universal Robina Corporation is looking for Printing Assistant Operator (Simlong, Batangas)

The Printing Assistant works as part of the printing team by loading the opp film rolls to the machine and unloading the printed rolls from the machine. He coordinates closely with the Logistics Department for the disposal of production waste and is responsible in accurate updating of Daily Production Report and Process Ticket.

What are the Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Unloading of printed jumbo roll and prepares Printing Tags for each printed jumbo roll.
  • Prepares and Updates Daily Production Report, Process Ticket and Return Slip for waste disposal.
  • Assists Operators in the day – to - day operation of the rotogravure printing machine.
  • Prepares the printing materials such as OPP, PET, or PVC films and inks and loads these printing films into the machine.
  • Does ending inventory of inks per finished Work order.
  • Maintains production quality by inspecting all produced printed materials carefully, working closely with QA/QC to identify any print quality defects or errors that might occur during production and correct them immediately.
  • Follows Safety Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practice, Housekeeping/5S requirements and Company Policies, Rules and Regulations.

What are the Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-years course or 2 years with diploma/ senior high school
  • 2years experience in machine operating
  • willing to work in shifting schedule (Holiday/Overtime)
  • In house training will be provided
  • color perception
  • basic knowledge on printing process
  • Willing to be assigned in Simlong, Batangas
  • One (1) full-time job is available.
