Universal Robina Corporation is looking for Flexographic Printing Operator (Simlong, Batangas)

Flexographic Printing Operator leads the flexo Printing team to procedure printed film to specification and meet quality requirements of the customers. The Flexographic Operator works as part of the printing team by monitoring and ensuring smooth production run.

What are the Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible in mounting the flexographic plates to the printing sleeves and Inspection/checking pf plate quality.
• Responsible for the Flexographic printing machine during setting up, operating, adjusting and maintaining the machine during printing job.
• Conduct thorough checking of films and inks. printing plates, rollers, anilox, tools and accessories necessary to produce quality printed materials.
• Monitors the production run, checks for any machine, process and quality problem and conducts immediate troubleshooting to correct the problem.
• Inspect and maintain the equipment, taking charge of tasks such as cleaning, Lubrication and equipment care.
• Ensures smooth operation of the Flexo printing machine, monitors machine parameters and make necessary to prevent prints defects, reject and wastages.
• Maintains product quality by inspecting all produced printed materials carefully, working closely with QA/QC to identify any prints quality defects or errors that might occur during production and correct them immediately.
• Accomplishes the Daily Production Report (DPR), ensuring accurate and pertinent data and information are recorded during his shift and turnover for any abnormalities and machine downtime encountered in the line as well.

What are the Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4) year course or Technical / Vocational course graduate
• With At least 3 years experience on Operating Flexographic printing machine
• Knowledgeable in Printing troubleshooting
• Can do quality check through visual checking
• Can decide readily on encountered printing defects
• Knowledgeable in operating printing machine
• With good moral character
• Willing to be assigned in Simlong, Batangas
• Two (2) full-time job is available.
