Job Summary

The Documentation Services Specialist is responsible for operating photocopying machines and related equipment to produce high-quality copies of documents. This role ensures efficient reproduction of materials while maintaining equipment and managing supplies.

  • Operate photocopiers, printers, and scanners to produce high-quality document copies.
  • Ensure that all printed and copied materials meet customer or office standards.
  • Assist in sorting, binding, or collating printed materials as needed.
  • Regularly check and maintain photocopying machines to ensure they are in proper working condition.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues such as paper jams, ink replacement, and connectivity problems.
  • Report major machine malfunctions to the appropriate technician or service provider.
  • Assist customers in operating copying and printing machines when necessary.
  • Provide guidance on paper sizes, print settings, and finishing options (e.g., stapling, binding).
  • Monitor and replenish photocopying supplies such as paper, toner, and ink cartridges.
  • Maintain records of photocopying requests, usage logs, and receipts.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents being copied or printed.

Working Experience

  • At least High School graduate

Educational Background

  • Fresh Graduate any 4 years course

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Thursday - 7am to 6pm and every Friday 7am to 4pm

Location

  • LTO - Batangas City
