Major Function

Ensures proper handling of products based in SSOP, GOP and food safety both inbound, outbound and internal movements. Provide assistance to cleaning, inventory cycle count and other activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Checks and fill up put-away form, indicate bin location for the movement of products on pallets to be stored in assigned storage rooms.

  2. Find the location indicated in picklist, picked, checked and fill up the actual location and quantity in the picklist or withdrawal tally sheets and submitted to inventory staff after the completion of activities.

  3. Assist the loading and unloading of goods to and from vehicles used in the transportation of products.

  4. Moving goods packed/picked on pallets or in crates from and into the storage facility.

  5. Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions.

  6. Regularly check the condition of products inside the storage.

  7. Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.

  8. Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines.

  9. Comply with company standard, policies and legal guidelines.

  10. Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.

  11. Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.

  12. Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
