Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Engineering Course
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.

Duties:

  • Supervision: Lead and manage the housekeeping team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Cleaning Protocols: Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols for all areas of the plant, including production floors, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all housekeeping activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
  • Coordination: Work closely with other departments to align housekeeping efforts with operational needs and schedules.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on housekeeping activities, cleanliness standards, and safety compliance to management.
  • Problem Solving: Address any housekeeping-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training for housekeeping staff on best practices, safety measures, and equipment usage.
