Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective nursing care to patients in emergency or critical conditions.
  • Perform triage to assess and prioritize patient needs based on severity.
  • Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses to treatment.
  • Ensure readiness of emergency equipment, supplies, and medications at all times.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care and patient records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and relatives during emergencies.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards.
  • Participate in code responses (e.g., Code Blue) and other life-saving measures.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Nursing Supervisor or Head Nurse.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with valid PRC license.
  • Preferably with training or experience in emergency or critical care nursing.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are required or must be obtained upon hiring.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple patients simultaneously.
