JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • BL data manifest checking.
  • BL draft copy sending to customers.
  • Finalize BL data manifest.
  • Create manifest for empty containers.
  • Prepare and submit load list.
  • Run and clear SAP Global Manifest Repository (GMR) errors.
  • Printing and releasing of Bill of Lading.
  • Invoice generation.
  • Update telex release information.
  • Payment and accounts receivable monitoring.
  • SAPI marketing and Bill of Lading uploading role.
  • Attend to phone and email inquiries and concerns.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
  • Preferably with Shipping or Logistics industry background.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills with a track record of building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in customer service or any related to sales & marketing.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel/Word.

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
