  1. Ensure the consistent maintenance of the warehouse cleanliness.

  2. Responsible in the space efficiency of the warehouse through regular checking.

  3. Responsible in proper handling and monitoring of all items that arrive in the warehouse.

  4. Responsible in careful storing of and organizing of stocks.

  5. Responsible in ensuring that supply and demand needs are met and stock is maintained in the best possible condition before being dispatched.

  6. Responding to any queries including clients, customers, partners, employees, owners etc.

  7. Handling complaints to building strategies for improving the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty.

  8. Responsible in proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing stocks.

  9. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency of all stocks.

  10. Responsible in the preparation of all necessary documents including Requisition Slip, Issuance Slip and any other pertinent document needed to complete the transaction.

  11. Responsible in tracking inventory levels, create orders and send out whether via ledger or a stock book to ensure proper control.

  12. Responsible in proper recording of all stocks going in and out of the warehouse.

  13. Responsible in conducting internal stock checks or inspections.

  14. Responsible in listing all delivered items to be submitted to the Warehouse Head.

  15. Responsible in recording any discrepancies, investigate the reasons and determine actions to be taken.

  16. Responsible in conducting a daily, weekly and monthly audit inventory of all stocks going in and out of the warehouse.

  17. Issuance of stocks, proper storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

  18. Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

  19. Follows all safety rules and quality standards by wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

  20. Performs other duties as required by the superiors.
