Job Summary:

We are hiring a Project Manager/ Assistant to the Executive who will serve as a key support partner to the company's top leadership. This role is ideal for a dynamic and dependable individual with strong managerial background, project management skills, and broad exposure in business, finance, and agriculture.

You will assist the Executive in managing a wide range of responsibilities including administrative tasks, field coordination, scheduling, and project execution. This position requires flexibility, integrity, and the ability to work under a non-structured and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to the Executive in both operational and strategic tasks
  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions and executive-level communications
  • Assist in overseeing business, financial, and agricultural-related projects and initiatives
  • Take initiative in managing the Executive's calendar, appointments, and travel logistics
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate with departments, suppliers, stakeholders, and field teams
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence with accuracy and clarity
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, follow up on deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of plans
  • Drive the Executive to meetings or field visits as necessary
  • Be available to work beyond regular hours, depending on the demands of the Executive's schedule
  • Manage tasks that may evolve daily based on immediate needs or business priorities

Qualifications:

  • Local resident of Davao City
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Agriculture, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in managerial or executive support roles
  • Proven skills in project management and administrative operations
  • Strong knowledge of business, financial, and agricultural processes
  • Computer savvy – proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Can work with minimal supervision and thrive in a non-structured, dynamic work environment
  • Highly responsible, reliable, and proactive
  • Demonstrates initiative and critical thinking
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Willing to work early mornings or late evenings as required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of driving company or private vehicles
  • Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
