
Senior Head for Sales

Job Summary
The Regional Sales Head (Senior Head) is responsible for achieving corporate sales objectives and serves as the lead manager overseeing residential projects within the designated area.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the attainment of corporate sales targets within the assigned area.
- Manage and supervise residential projects to ensure timely and profitable execution.
- Allocate annual sales budgets and resources to effectively support tactical plans and programs.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives as mandated.
- Develop and recommend innovative sales programs and creative incentive packages.
- Manage cost-to-sales ratios efficiently, adhering to agreed standards.
- Oversee broker recruitment, development, and retention to maintain an active and productive sales force.
- Mentor and develop Sales Supervisors to strengthen leadership and sales competencies.
- Conduct strategic planning sessions, seminars, and specialized training for brokers and sales teams.
- Perform regular performance evaluations of brokers and Sales Management Officers; implement improvement measures to achieve performance goals.
- Hold regular plenary and one-on-one meetings with brokers and sellers to review performance, discuss marketing strategies, and address project or operational concerns.
- Direct all sales and marketing activities from planning through implementation to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Guide and motivate the broker management team and sellers to meet assigned sales targets.
- Monitor seller performance quarterly, semiannually, and annually for awards and recognition purposes.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor activity updates to the Division Head during department meetings.
- Supervise and track sales booking, documentation, and operational processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive sales and marketing management reports, including post-activity analyses and actionable recommendations for performance improvement and sustained sales delivery.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any business-related course, preferably with a major in Marketing
- With at least five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing, with a significant portion in a managerial capacity
- With a wide network of brokers/sellers
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
