We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of B2B Sales to lead our growth at The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of proven experience in SaaS, HR tech, payroll, fintech, or timekeeping solutions, with a strong track record of closing deals and scaling sales operations. This role requires a unique balance of being both a hunter and a builder—someone who can secure new business while also shaping the sales organization for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development by prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing key accounts.
  • Build and execute the product's sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Mentor, coach, and eventually manage a high-performing sales team in a player-coach capacity.
  • Develop scalable sales processes and ensure consistent pipeline growth.
  • Build strong relationships with HR leaders, C-level executives, and decision-makers across industries.
  • Partner with leadership to align sales goals with overall company objectives.

  • Proven ability to identify opportunities, open doors, and close deals independently.
  • Capable of setting direction while also executing with urgency and precision.
  • Skilled in building trust and rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Thrives in start-up/scale-up environments, bringing optimism, grit, and adaptability.
  • Experience mentoring or managing sales professionals, with a player-coach mindset.
  • Strong background in SaaS, HR tech, payroll, fintech, or timekeeping solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php200,000.00 per month
