Your Day-to-Day

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions

• Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

• Apply advanced Excel techniques for data manipulation and reporting

• Support recruitment analytics and reporting as needed

• Contribute to Agile project initiatives and participate in sprint planning and reviews

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• At least 3 years of experience in Data Analytics

• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including data transformation

• Skilled in analyzing and visualizing data using Excel, SQL, Python, and BI tools, with the ability to present insights clearly through professional PowerPoint presentations

• Recruitment background is preferred but not required

• Familiarity with Agile Project Management principles is an advantage

• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City during morning or mid shift

• Can start immediately

• Location: Work in Office – Eastwood Quezon City

• Shift: Morning to Mid Shift
