Represent the company as the brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service experience through customer engagement using appropriate channels of communication.

Main Duties and Tasks:

*Provide Customers with quality and excellent support thru: Calls, Chats, and Emails.

  1. By addressing the issue properly & correctly with accurate details and information.

  2. Timely and Prompt response for a zero-email target by the end of the day.

  3. Maintain Good relationship concerns. Appropriate in terms of voice messages and feedback's.

*Resolve customer problems and queries to ensure the smooth operation of the business, extending excellent customer service experience as the company's brand ambassador

*Connect and resolve issues/complaints with customers using necessary communication. Providing timely feedback to the customer and the management

*Collaborate with other departments whenever necessary, to handle complex escalation cases and elevate the concerns to necessary stakeholders for immediate action and response.

*Provide timely and up to date trends in improving the company's services through customer feedback and engagement

*Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

*Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

*Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

*Perform others tasks as may be assigned

Qualifications:

-College Degree Holder / College undergraduate

-With 2-years' experience in Customer Support Services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
