Facilitate training sessions, workshops and seminars for employees at various levels.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessment, feedback, and performance metrics.

Continuously update training programs based on the latest trends, feedback, and organizational goals.

Offer ongoing support to employees through coaching, mentoring, and additional resources to help them apply new skills.

Maintain accurate records of training sessions, employee participation's and progress.

Work closely with department heads, HR to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goal.

Manage the training budget, ensuring cost effective programs and utilizing available resources efficiently.

Perform other task assigned by the immediate head.
