Role Description

On top of managing front desk staff, overseeing daily operations like check-ins/check-outs, and managing guest relations. They are also responsible for operational oversight, training and scheduling employees, handling escalated complaints, coordinating with other departments, and managing administrative tasks such as budgeting and inventory. Most specially administrative and financial duties.

  • Strong keen to details and administrative skills
  • Resilence and collaborative to colleagues
  • Proven ability in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Front Office Department
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel industry is beneficial
