GENERAL JOB DEFINITION:

The Marketing and E-commerce Supervisor is responsible for promoting the company and its products, managing daily marketing activities, coordinating campaigns aligned with strategic goals, and overseeing e-commerce platforms to drive online sales growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Supervises and supports the team in executing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Coordinates with internal teams (e.g., RSS, ISS, Purchasing ) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Analyzes market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to refine marketing efforts.
  • Manages and monitors budgets for marketing initiatives and ensures cost-effective execution.
  • Oversees the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Conducts regular performance reviews, provides feedback, and assists in staff training and development.
  • Maintains relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
  • Reports on key metrics and campaign outcomes to the management and consultants.
  • Manages day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, marketplaces, social commerce).
  • Ensures product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory are up to date and optimized for conversion.
  • Oversees the customer experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout flow, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborates with logistics, customer service, and IT teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
  • Analyzes online traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior to improve conversion rates and sales.
  • Performs other tasks assigned or as required by the immediate superior or management, to serve customers, fellow coworkers, and the company.
