What You'll Do:

As an Estimator, you'll be at the heart of our project planning process—turning blueprints and specifications into comprehensive, accurate cost assessments that drive successful outcomes.

Estimate Like a Pro
  • Develop detailed cost estimates based on project specs and client needs
  • Review plans and proposals to determine material, labor, and time requirements
    Prepare takeoffs and quantity assessments for mid-sized projects with precision
Collaborate & Communicate
  • Partner with senior estimators, project managers, and clients to understand project scope and goals
  • Build relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure accurate, competitive pricing
    Be the bridge between vision and reality—translating ideas into actionable numbers
Master the Data
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date project records including cost data and estimation assumptions
    Leverage cutting-edge estimating software to streamline your workflow and boost efficiency
Stay Ahead of the Market
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and pricing to ensure estimates reflect current standards

  • Verify accuracy and completeness of all estimates before submission

What We're Looking For:

1–3 years of estimating experience (preferably in flooring, construction, or related industries)

Proficiency in estimating software and tools – you're tech-savvy and love working smarter

Strong analytical and organizational skills – juggling multiple projects? No problem.

Excellent communication skills – you collaborate easily and explain complex info clearly

Market knowledge – familiarity with local trends and pricing is a bonus
