  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for security services.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and service quotations.
  • Collaborate with management to design and implement 
    sales and marketing strategies
     for client acquisition.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
  • Work closely with the 
    Operations Team
     to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Conduct regular site visits and client check-ins to assess performance and satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Business Administration, Marketing Management
    , or related field.
  • Proven experience in 
    business development, client engagement, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed.
