Position Summary – Enaggement Specialist (Senior Team Member) – 3 to 5 years

The Engagement Support Specialist will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support across key engagement processes, including risk assessments, approval workflows, job code management, survey handling, and exception resolution. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in engagement-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement & Risk Support

·       Assist in completing Engagement Risk Assessments (ERA) and documentation on the global system

·       Support Sentinel Approval Number (SAN) creation requests by preparing required inputs and ensuring compliance with process standards.

·       Escalate risk issues or anomalies to the Engagement Support Lead.

Job & Code Management

·       Execute job code creation, modification, and closure activities in line with business requirements.

·       Maintain the data (codes) and ensure correctness in setup.

·       Support job code confirmations and ensure approvals are documented and tracked.

Operational Execution

·       Provide setup and maintenance support for KCC systems and related databases (knowledge management system).

·       Monitor and update Work-in-Progress (WIP) records to ensure accurate reporting.

·       Perform exception handling by investigating issues, documenting root causes, and resolving them under guidance from the Lead.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction

·       Support the client engagement survey process – preparing survey forms, consolidating results, and sharing reports.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, IT) for smooth execution of engagement activities.

·       Provide timely responses to internal and external queries related to engagement processes.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

·       Prepare and maintain logs, trackers, and reports for engagement support activities.

·       Contribute to process documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

·       Basic knowledge of engagement/ admin processes, job codes, and risk workflows.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, CEAC databases, Circuit, and MS Office Suite.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.

·       Good problem-solving skills, with ability to handle exceptions and escalate issues when needed.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree

· years of experience in engagement/ admin support, project operations, or financial operations.

·       Prior experience of working for Australian clients
