About the Role
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and resourceful Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in training coordination, recruitment support, and general administrative operations, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of training sessions
- Provide administrative support in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, scheduling, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases
- Support the team with daily operational and clerical tasks
- Handle correspondence, prepare presentations, and assist in other office functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, training coordination, or recruitment assistance
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Canva
- A team player with initiative and a positive attitude
