About the Role:
This position ensures the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of loan documentation and workflows in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and high-quality standards. You'll work collaboratively across teams, helping to drive the loan process forward while maintaining strong attention to detail and customer service excellence.

What You'll Be Doing
- Process and review loan applications, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal SLAs and policy guidelines.
- Perform accurate data entry and verification from manual and electronic applications into the loan origination system.
- Manage the loan pipeline, conduct document checks (ID, AML, VEDA), and issue formal communications such as Decline Letters.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to order valuations (ValEx), establish loan files, and prepare AIP packages.
- Respond to general enquiries from brokers/originators regarding loan status updates and product-related guidance.
About You
- Prior experience in loan processing, lending operations, or financial services support roles.
- Strong data entry and document review skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of professional interaction with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan systems (e.g., ValEx, VEDA), with solid computer literacy.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
