What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients, building a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Conduct thorough research and qualify leads to ensure they align with iOPEX's target market and service offerings
  • Engage in persuasive and consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and present customised solutions
  • Effectively negotiate contract terms and close new deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and delivery teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or business services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Keen interest in technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
