Responsibilities

  • Student Recruitment
    : Engage in activities such as trial classes, seminars, and fairs to recruit students.
  • Student Support
    : Assist students in maximizing their study experience and achieving their potential as business leaders through onboarding, study support, and career and life planning.
  • Program Promotion
    : Communicate the key features and strengths of our Pre-MBA and MBA programs to interested candidates through consultations.
  • Sales Strategy
    : Track sales numbers and collaborate with the sales manager to devise creative strategies for achieving quarterly goals.
  • Community Engagement
    : Actively participate in the GLOBIS community, promoting community building and leveraging relationships with prospects, students, and alumni for organizational benefit.
  • Channel Development
    : Develop new channels through external partnerships and collaborations.
  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with overseas teams to enhance the effectiveness of student recruitment activities.
  • Marketing Strategy
    : Support the manager in developing marketing and communication strategies, identifying new lead acquisition opportunities, and nurturing existing lead pools.
  • Content Development
    : Create engaging, creative, and innovative content for social media posts, the corporate website, and sales materials to enlighten audiences and promote the brand.
  • Market Trends: Monitor market trends and engage in social listening to find new opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    : Work closely with the sales teams in the HQ and other hubs to understand the gaps in student recruitment KPIs and organizational goals.
  • Digital Marketing
    : Manage digital marketing PPC campaigns, from strategic planning to implementation, performance monitoring, and reporting/analysis in collaboration with digital agencies.
  • Performance Monitoring
    : Monitor keyword bids, budget caps, impression share, CPC, quality score, and other important account metrics with digital agencies.
  • KOL Marketing
    : Initiate and implement KOL marketing campaigns across social media platforms and leverage content from KOL on our platforms.
  • Brand Alignment
    : Collaborate with the Marketing team in Tokyo to align corporate brands and enhance the customer experience throughout their journey.

Qualifications

  • High English Proficiency
    : Exceptional English skills in both speaking and writing for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Professional Experience
    : Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as B2B/B2C sales or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Business Development
    : Experience in business development at any scale is highly valued.
  • Critical Thinking Skills
    : Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  • Flexibility
    : Availability for some weekday nights and Saturday events, with flexible start times and substitute days off.
  • Preferred Education
    : A business degree, such as an MBA, is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Cultural Interest
    : An interest in Japanese businesses and culture is a plus.
