Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and forecast product requirements based on sales trends and stock turnover.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise across stores and distribution centers.
  • Analyze sales and inventory reports to recommend promotions, markdowns, and restocking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandisers to ensure brand-aligned in-store displays.
  • Monitor the performance of product categories and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Conduct regular store checks and audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or inventory management.
  • Strong background in food, beverages, and household products (FMCG sector).
  • Experience handling fast-moving consumer goods is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills in interpreting sales trends and stock reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and product accuracy.
  • Knowledge of customer buying behavior and product lifecycle.
  • Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
