Encoder (Merchandising Department)

  • Location: Ortigas, Pasig
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications:

  • At least College graduate of any business-related course
  • With experience as an Encoder, Data Entry Clerk or similar role is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), database systems, internet research
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of records
  • Willing to work extended hours when needed

Job Description:

  • Encode, update, and maintain accurate records of product details, pricing, and inventory in the merchandising system
  • Assist in preparation and updating of item master files, price changes, and product listings
  • Generate, analyze, and maintain reports using computer applications and tools
  • Ensure correctness and completeness of encoded data before submission
  • Coordinate with merchandising team to support promotions, product launches, and item monitoring
  • Perform regular data checks to identify and correct discrepancies
  • File and organize documents related to merchandising activities
  • Perform other clerical and administrative support tasks as assigned by the supervisor/department head

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
