The Visual Merchandising Specialist acts as support to Brand and Sales by ensuring excellent visibility programs execution in all trade channels , optimized brand or sales budget and collaborating with third-party POSM suppliers to achieve visibility objectives in terms of quality and innovative merchandising materials in all channels.

Job Description
  • Gather and organize data to help plan effective product displays in stores for category management implementation
  • Create and implement visually appealing shelf layouts (CATMAN and Spaceman-generated planogram) in line with the the business strategy
  • Work with stores to ensure displays are set up correctly and maintained.
  • Assist with marketing projects and special events, contributing to brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales, such as suggesting promotions or new product placements.
Job Qualification
  • Graduate of Business, Visual Communication, Advertising Management, or other related courses;
  • Experience in in-store operations, trade marketing, or key accounts is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in using Office 365 and different editing tools
  • Willing to do fieldwork
