About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations and Intelligence Analyst who will lead the development of analytics tools, dashboards, and performance monitoring systems that support the operational execution of MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification) activities under Project Caraga.

This role ensures that implementation progress, field logistics, and resource utilization are accurately tracked and reported—enabling data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and compliance with MRV standards. The successful candidate will play a vital role in optimizing field operations and supporting the strategic direction of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of analytics dashboards and reporting tools that monitor MRV operational performance.
• Track implementation progress, resource use, and field logistics to ensure accuracy, transparency, and MRV compliance.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate with field teams, operations leads, and project management to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Design holistic monitoring systems that integrate logistics, financial data, and field information.
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
• Continuously improve operational monitoring systems and data processes to strengthen field performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in business intelligence, operations analytics, or performance monitoring—preferably in field-based, multi-stakeholder, or development-oriented projects.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptive and comfortable working in dynamic, field-based environments.
• Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.
