About the role

A Brown Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bulldozer Operator to join our team in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte. This full-time role is integral to our operations within the real estate industry sector.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and maneuver bulldozers to perform various earthmoving tasks, such as excavation, grading, and site preparation
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the bulldozer, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the bulldozer to keep it in optimal working condition
• Collaborate with other members of the construction team to coordinate and execute projects effectively
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any issues or incidents encountered
• Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bulldozer Operator in the Construction or Manufacturing industry
• Has National Certificate II in Bulldozer Operator or HEO
• Strong understanding of the principles and techniques of operating a bulldozer, including its capabilities and limitation.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges that may arise during operations
• Commitment to safety and a demonstrated track record of following safety protocols and procedures
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with other members of the construction crew
