About the Role:

ADSIA Logistics, Inc. is looking for a Site Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse and transport operations, accurate inventory management, and compliance with client and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all site activities including warehouse, dispatch, and manpower operations.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate SAP transactions for receiving, dispatching, and inventory movements.
  • Maintain operational performance and achieve client KPIs (accuracy, timeliness, productivity).
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for daily operational requirements.
  • Monitor manpower allocation, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate supervisors and team leaders to ensure consistent performance.
  • Enforce safety standards and compliance with DOLE and client requirements.
  • Prepare site performance reports and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • Strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics modules is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse systems, manpower management, and safety protocols.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site and work flexible hours when necessary.
